You may renew your debit card by travelling to the nearest branch and bringing your ID book with you.

Debit cards cannot be ordered and delivered face-to-face.

They are only collected inside the branch, and you need to be physically present inside the branch with your ID book.

The reason for this is to ensure that the card is handed to the right person and avoid any fraudulent activities that might occur.

Debit cards are different from cheque and credit cards.

They cannot be ordered online or through our call center team, but are readily available at any of our branches.

You can open a virtual card and use it for online purchases.

Are you registered for self-service banking, and do you have a virtual card?

I'm reading through your answeres regarding our Debit cards which cannot be ordered online.

The word and the community has evolved and has moved online. 

Why has Standard bank not changed to online as well?

Neither our banking app nor our call center allow for the ordering of debit cards.

You can renew your debit card by going to the nearest branch with your ID book.

Please let us know the name of the branch you visited in relation to the lengthy wait at the location.

Why must I go to a Branck to renew my damaged Debit Card. The last time I went to a Branch I had to wait more than 2 hours to see a consultant which is not on.

After the card is collected, you will be able to link your card under dashboards on mobile app.
