Please note you can only reverse debit orders less than R200 on your App or Online Banking/Internet Banking and they should be less than 40 days. Note, you can also contact us here: 0860 123 000 to reverse your debit orders.
Any debit orders more than R200 or more can't be initiated on your App or Internet Banking.
