Debt order Reverse

Why its impossible to reverse debt order with Standard bank? they only have access to reverse 200 max. its so annoying to always walk to banks while they know very well they closed most of branches, and its always full , if you try to call you will hold until you get tired if you have enough airtime.

We are all talking about 4th industrial revolution but we still subjected to this kind of services.
