Depositing to Skrill

Hi, I am experiencing the similar problem with my Neteller account, I have been trying to withdraw funds from my Neteller account in to my standard bank account and the transaction is failing, Neteller say I must check with standard bank if they support Money Send or OCT payment methods.

hi your consultant said that they cannot allow the card to be used on skrill as it is classified as a gambling site and will not allow.

hopefully a solution can come up in the future but for now only can wait

Your issue was on 2020 and Just experienced this today November 2022 wow how is that for standard bank not giving a **bleep**. Its still not solved as yet. Was holding on the line for authorization for over 50 minutes in total. After being with this bank for 15 years there service stinks

I have been trying to make transfers to my skrill and exness account and I keep on getting the error message that says that feature has been temporarily diasabled. When I go to the branch the consultants seem to be confused and the call center agents are worse. Can someone please tell me what's going on because I registered internet banking so that I can make these types of transactions.

I have been trying to deposit money from my Standard Bank chequ account to my Skrill wallet. The transaction fails everytime. After lengthy emailing back and forth to askSBSA for the past 4 months or so I'm still no closer to getting this issue resolved. I also notice that there are quite a few people who are having similar issues with Standard Bank and Skrill transactions. I'm appalled at the poor service I'm getting from standard bank. The customer service agents just want to brush off the issue as being with Skrill and Skrill does exactly the same by blaming the bank. What is a person suppose to do in a situation like this, when your bank is not even willing to invest a little time to try and find out what the issue is and finding a solution for it. Then the banks keep on wondering why they lose customers. But they basically don't care. You just another number to them as long as they can take your money.
