Downloading and/or Printing a Proof of Payment

Where do I go to get proof of payment on the app?

Hi

I'm trying to get my proof of account details. In the app this fails miserably. When I try to download, the download fails, when I try to email it it says an error occurred. How Can I get my proof of account detail otherwise? I tied using the onlye portal but that doesn't have an option for printing proof of account!
