I must start off by saying I was releaved when you sent out messages on the 4th of march stating that there were duplicate charges on people's accounts that were to be corrected however a reversal was only done for one honering fee transaction amounting to R120 on the 5th of march and somehow leaving the rest which I found on closer inspection and I hope it is a computing error as you have atleast as Standard bank acknowledged your mistake
The outstanding amounts total R502 dated 5th of feb R132, 13th of Feb R100, 22nd of feb R100 and lastly two on the 2nd of March totaling R170.
I hope this issue can be resolved speedily as I remain a loyal client despite the Inconveniences.
