E Home Affairs and My Bills

The My Bills payment from Home Affairs do not link to my account. When I logon internet banking and want to add Dept of Home Affairs, the ID number shown is that of my wife. It do not show my ID number and as such I cannot process payment.
Phoned internet banking as well as visited Parkview branch. It still is not working.
