Hi Standard Bank.
I am really frustrated with the call centre and branch processes.
I am currently in the UK and trying to increase my internet banking EAP limit from R500k to R800k. I have spent over R1000 on calls to the call centre.
Firstly, the call centre said they had done it and nothing.
Yesterday, the call centre kindly increased my debit card limit to R800K which is not what I asked for!
PLEASE help me. I need to send a large payment before the end of the month
