EFT Deposit not yet received

Hi.. I am to receive all large transfer of R12.5mil from FNB to my Standard Back Account...I received a picture of the payment history page stating transaction suscessful from the Transferer on 08Feb2021 and it is now the 23Feb2021 and the money is still to reflect in my Std bank Account. Kindly advise what is going on... Transferer advised Monies are already off their account and statement as well... Someone please HELP!!!
