Hi Ron.

 

Depending on how the payment was processed. Normally it takes 2 - 3 working days, and if processed as an immediate payment, it should be immediate.

 

You can contact your friend and advise them that you have not received the funds.

A friend made a payment from his Nedbank account to my Standard Bank account on 7th July but I have not received it yet.

It has been deducted on his side.

What could the issue be?
