EFT payment to FNB

Hi there. On Sunday evening I made a payment to a FNB account. It was a desposit and rent payment for an apartment. The owner will not hand over the keys until the money reflects in his account. He is adamant about this although the bank (and I) have sent him the proof of payment. Kindly let me know when the money will reflect in his account and alos if there is ANY way to expedite the payment? Thank you.
