I am trying to update the email address linked to my Internet Banking and have found this to be quite challenging. Based on instruction, I have registered a new email address and tried to link my accounts. When doing this, I am asked to enter my card number, CSP and password.
Unfortunately, I am told that my CSP and password combination are incorrect. I have searched this forum endlessly and elsewhere on the Internet for how to reset my CSP but have found no helpful responses.
Please could you assist?
Also note that I have tried resetting my password, but there is no option to reset my CSP anywhere.
