Does a customer really have to go into a branch just to update their email address to receive statements?  This is rediculous, that they cannot email a customer care service with all the verification required (copy of ID, etc) and have this udpated.

For verification purposes you will need to go into the branch to make changes to your account.

How do I change the email address my staments are sent to and how do I change the email address I use to loggin.  I no longer use my old email address.
