Good day.
I lost my job in November 2016, and due to medical reasons I have not yet been able to secure a new job.
In this time many debit orders have failed due to insufficient funds because I have no income, which seems to be R500 per case, even on attempts under R200.
I have registered with UIF to get some sort of income to pay my bills that have been staggering up, but now all the money has gone just towards paying for the charges of bounced debit orders.
Is there any way to contest these charges, in the hope to get the money back and be able to pay off my accounts for which the funds were intended?
Kind regards.
