One of my employees noticed R1000 removed from his account when he received notification from Standard Bank via SMS. We phoned the number given on the SMS as well as the number given on the website to report fraud. Nearly 2 hours later and numerous attempts later still unable to get through...."network congested"....if so many people are attempting to report issues why doesn't Standard Bank employ more people to answer the lines?
