Hi im from south africa, working in france. My phone and wallet was stolen, I have contacted the bank through numerous emails and only recieved one call saying that I would be helped. I havent recieved any help from the bank and seem to be ignore. The situation is very unpleasant as I cannot access my bank account, why isnt the bank helping me?? Hendrik Reid +33744170302
