I have made an online application for a replacement ID card, successfully paid etc. but cannot book an appointment as there are no options in the dropdown for any regions/offices. It displays "no region available" on the page. Does this mean that the Home Affairs office in Standard Bank (specifically the Century City brach where I would like to make an appointment) does not take any appointments? Can one simply go there to complete the application process without making an appointment?
