How do I delete old My Bills entry

Standard Bank have one of the dumbest SARS payment functions with the My Bills functionality. Firstly the test of ID number is so dumb because it means you cannot pay for another entity's tax. ( Eg your family trust or CC) All other banks allows this. To cancel an old entry one has to go into efiling to cancel the payment that was created. I have one payment though that I can't find on efiling and therefor I can't delete it. The issue is you may pay an incorrect bill by accident and then you will face an uphill battle to get the money back from SARS or get it re allocated. Why Standard Bank simply does not allow one to delete a bill is beyond me.

There are a few threads on the Standard Bank community about this but I found no sollutions.
