I did this transaction via Mobile app..but no transactions are listed on the Manage Vouchers page, but I see it on my acc statement.

Hello @FanaKhumza,

Please follow these steps to cancel an Instant Money payments through the Online Banking Portal;

• Log onto Internet banking,
• Under the "Pay and Transfer" dashboard, click/tap on "Send Instant Money"
• On the subsequent page display, click/tap on "Manage Vouchers" at the bottom of your screen,

• Find the required voucher and proceed to delete by clicking on the 'trash/bin' icon under 'Cancel Payment' next to the identified voucher.
