ID and Passport applications are processed on the home affairs website.

 

We only facilitate the payment process and then you visit any of our participating branches for biometrics and collection.

 

Please visit the home affairs page at: dha.gov.za.

 

The bank branches are also listed on the website.

 

You can check from 2 - 4 weeks in advance for available dates.

 

We have tagged it to receive more information about how to process a payment on our platform.

Thank you for reaching out.

 

The MyBills option is not available on mobile app.

 

It is on Internet banking.

 

  • After logging in
  • Click transact
  • Under Pay, click MyBills
  • Click Get Started
  • Agree the T’s and C’s
  • Under search tab, search for home affairs, and subscribe.

Once subscribed, your application form should filter through with the reference number generated from DoHA.

 

If the application does not filter through. Please refer to DoHA for assistance.

I applied online but my bank verification for payment is not complete, when I go into my app, it does not give me the option to approve the payment.

Thank you for coming back to me. Have you tried a different branch, or a different month to see if still dates are available?

 

If this fails, you may need to consider visiting DoHA. Dates being unavailable shows that a lot of people are looking for slots, and there is a limited number of people they can take per day.

Hey @FanaM1,  I've tried to find a booking for a month and a half now for the Canal Walk branch, and there is never even one slot available. As far as I understand, the DHA will just keep my money for the application if I can't make a booking within 60 days. Surely the DHA booking platform is not working correctly - there can't be ZERO slots available at Standard Bank Canal Walk in perpetuity. Is there no other way to book a time to get my biometrics taken?
