Incomplete payment into my account

I have had a similar issue i work on cruiseships, ive sent money from my ocean pay account on the 3rd october and today is the 24th and nothing yet??

payments into the account include from The Press Association via FX International (American Express)

the latest payment of £190 GBP was sent on October 4th but hasn't reached you.
