Our app technical team has advised that this feature has been removed due to security reasons, however, you should be able to make use of the solution provided prior for this purpose. When I change the pin/resend the pin, I just get the new pin on the text message.

I was able to before, why has this feature been removed.
Also when I delete a voucher I'm sure I do not get the service fee back either, a full R10.

So please advise, unless the bank is happy to charge a client an extra R10 just delete and recreate a voucher, when the voucher number could easily be retrieved in the app, like it used to be.

Hello @Ngwakwana,

 

Be advised that the you are unable to view the voucher pin on your app, but you should be able to delete and resend this voucher through OTP verification. This feature allows you to have access to all sent vouchers by managing this transactions through (Manage voucher) tab.

Hi,

When Instant Money was introduced, you were able to log into the app and view the voucher number if you had accidentally deleted the SMS that was issued when creating the voucher.

Now if you delete the SMS by mistake, there is no way of retrieving the voucher number because you cannot view the voucher number within the app anymore.

Please advise.
