Could I ask that you forward your Standard Bank ID (email address registered on app), ID number and contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "Instant Money error" so that we can escalate to our development team for further review and assistance.

I have been trying to send instant money since Thursday.it say error what must I do?

I have tried since this morning at 9 to send someone instant money and it is is not working via the app or main site. It says error (6002). Can someone please advise what the problem is?
