I'm not sure I understand why you don't have a proof of payment if the money has been deducted. Have you asked the other party if they received the funds or not?
I made an international payment off the new Standard Bank App last week Monday, the 31st, and it has since been 7 days and I have not recieved proof of payment. The transfer reflects on my account, i.e. my balance has decreased and it appears on my transaction history, but i cannot retrieve a proof of payment for the transaction. PLEASE HELP! This is urgent!!
