Irregular deduction of money from my account

I have both savings and Ucount accounts. I noticed frequent charges on the Ucount ELITEACC and stopped using it since I was lured into it by a bank agent without explanation. He had told me that the charge was only 24R a month but it late turned to be about 300R per month.
I was surprised that today the bank deducted 990.79 from my savings to settled the ELITEACC charges that I never used...
How do make sure the bank refund my money, else I will freeze my account and shift my banking with a different bank.
Why should the bank deduct my account without my permission?.
