Thank you for reaching out.

 

There are ways in which you can get the tax certificate of your choice. Please see some below.

 

  • Log on to the app,
  • Tap on the tile that shows your account details and balance.
  • Under "Your documents," select "view" and choose the tax certificate you want to download.

If your account is not linked or added to your mobile app, please call us at 0860 123-000, option 3, then 3.

Hi brigitte,

 

  • Select the Statements tab
  • Click on IT3(b) on the sub-menu
  • Select the account you want to retrieve your IT3(b) from
  • Select the tax year you want to view
  • Click the retrieve summary button
  • Click submit
  • Click open to view your IT3(b) certificate
  • Click the print icon on the top menu bar alternatively
  • Click the file button then print in the drop down list to print the certificate

To Save your certificate

  • Click save to save in PDF format
  • To downloaded in PDF file format. You need an Acrobat Reader.
  • Click the Adobe reader icon on the website to download the Acrobat Reader

Note: 
1. If the information for the year that you selected is not available an error message will display, we will only display information we have on file. Contact the Provincial Customer Care Centre (PCCC) on 0860 101 341 for the years prior to your selection.
