Linking 2 accounts to 1 dashboard

I previously had my Prestige and PureSave account linked to a single dashboard on my internet banking profile. I had to close the initial Prestige account and reopen a new one. I cannot link this new account to the dashboard which my PureSave is linked to, instead, I now have 2 dashboards, which essentially means I cannot perform Internal Account Transfers. Please help.
