Linking my student achiever account to uber

Not really sure how you activate it but I once did try to do an online purchase and I couldn't so I ended up using PayPal I think.

Are you able to make online purchases with the card? have you activated it on the app?

I have a debit card which is a student achiever account and I've been trying to put it as a payment option on my uber account but it keeps on declining.
PS: I need a solution urgently
