Good day- I recently noticed that my Home Loan Debit order did not come off this month.

Please can you let me know what the process of this is to get it rectified.

It is an auto debit to my account - all are on my Standard Bank app as tiles so I can see it and make the necessary App details. 

I have tried calling however your phone lines are busy everytime I call.
