Money taken from my account

I just recently experienced something or someone by the name SBMUSAGE trying to take money from my account, since I did not have enough for them to take, standard bank charged me and took my account to a negative. I really do not understand why this is happening, unless standard bank is trying to kick me out of being their customer.

Can someone help me on how to deal with this.
