I have visited the branch in Sothdale to request that my details get changed on their system as i dont receive the otp on my new number as it goes to my old number. I asked front desk to check several times as i have recieved nothing on the new number just a text that said it was changed but when i used my card it still went to the old number. 

UNHAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE IN MIDST OF A PANDEMIC
