Naedo debit order- unauthorised

Just confirm if that if there is a debit order something like SBIB-MDR MDR000... this could be from a life insurance offer. I took a once off offer 15-20 years ago at one price of R151 and apparent a death benefit and now worth a lot of money.
You can get any broker to check it out and get the value for you.

Every month there is a debit going off my account- called Bol naedo debit. I know other customers have had the same experience, yet the Standard Bank website is so hard to get in touch with someone, with an online secure message- I'm overseas, so difficult to just pick up the phone with time difference.  And even then the wait on hold becomes expensive. Its unacceptable. I would like someone to contact me immediately on this please.
