Shocking that there was No notification to customers that card transactions totally broken all day. That is not 'intermittent' after I had to log in and search for info. Had to load Spar as beneficiary and pay the cost of sending email confirmation. So how much money are you making today out of your failure - all costs should be reversed to clients as it is your fault.
