Why am I unable to give notice on my Notice Deposit (ND) account via internet banking? I opened the account via internet banking so why am I unable to give notice via internet banking. Isn't the whole purpose of paying a monthly fee for internet banking to SIMPLIFY things for oneself and to avoid trips to the bank? How do I give notice now? This is insane!
