I cant access the dashboard because i need otp that is sent to my inactive cell number. Please help out?

Hello @Kavuma 

 

Apologies for the delayed response,  please follow the below steps:

 

  • Sign in with the password.
  • Then from your dashboard you the account tile will open to select.
  • Scroll down and you will see "Your documents" click on view
  • Stamped statements, you click 3 dots on your right side. The download or send an email option will come up

Hi,

 

Yes, you have an option to receive your OPT via your email address, you can choose that option. It will current be set as default to your cellphone number.
