Hi,

 

Yes, you have an option to receive your OPT via your email address, you can choose that option. It will current be set as default to your cellphone number.

Good day the mobile number which my OTP is sent to does not exist anymore don't have a standard bank branch near me, how can I change it please

Please be advised that you can visit your nearest branch, contact customer care on 0860123000 or forward your account details, ID number and the new contact details to [email protected] with the subject line "contact details update" so that we can look into this and assist you further.
