Overdraft

I applied online for a overdraft, they said a consultant wil call me to finalize my application. I get calls from who i think is them almost everyday, but when i answers, nobody is on tje line.... Just two minutes of silence then i hang up, there after i get a sms where i should reply 1 and they wil call me back, and then the same thing happens. Please can someone call me so we can finish the aplication.
