My Bills have not been able to pick up my payment due through Home Affairs for the past two weeks?

Which has delayed my urgent passport application. No time phrame can be giving as to when it will be fixed. Why do you offer this service if it has technical issues ALL THE TIME?? I created a STB account JUST to get it done quicker than home affairs and it is even worse?
