Paying into another bank's Credit Card account

Please help me so that I can get to a Menu where I can log onto my Standard Bank Credit card account to see balances ad what I owe.

Please assist-  I am tryiing to do an EFT from my Cheque account, into another person's Credit Card account, from another bank.  I have tried both their Nedbank and Capitec bank accounts to pay into, use the correet bank name and accounts numbers, but I get error messages.  Is it even possible to pay into a credit card of another bank?
