Morning,
I have tried the Website and the Mobile App and both are giving an error with the application for the personal loans, they are not getting past the screen where you enter Gross Income and Monthly expenses before throwing up an error. The mobile app just says something went wrong and to try again, the online saying something went wrong and they will investigate. However its been doing this for over a week and it is rather frustrating. Most of the Standard Bank branches near me closed so it is also an annoyance to have to try and go into a branch to do this.
Any ideas on what is wrong or is this a known issue ? I want to sort a small personal loan to fix a few things in the house and this is just becoming frustrating.
