I don't think that they will call you. My advice, find their phone and call first if you want some results. Moreover, I can suggest you not to get a personal loan from this bank because it isn't convenient. One friend took one some months ago and now he should pay more than half of the salary for it. I took the same amount of loan from KBB Credit and I don't feel the money that I give monthly for it. Think about it when you want to take a loan.
