Absolutely fuming because of the poor service Standard Bank is giving me. For two days in a row money has been taken from my account without me recieving the product or cash. Bought electricity on my mobile app yesterday and was told service unavailable yet money was taken from my account. Wanted to withdraw money at the ATM today and was again told that there was a communication time out, but again the money was taken from my account!!!!! So now I phone customer service at 17:50 just to hang on until 18:05 when I was cut. Phone back and you get told to phone during working hours! This is absolutely shocking service!!!!
