Can I just please express my disappointment at the service I got at the Standard Bank at the corner of Smith and Broad street in Durban they could not provide for us a simple confirmation letter for a Business account. We had to travel back k to the Dundee Branch for this. Can I just ask to go about rectifying this and making sure it does not happen in the future
