Poor service.

Dear standard bank
we as your customers we're not happy with your customers help lines services.

We as customers we beg you to cut cost when we're calling your call centres.

We don't have a problem with calling you with our funds, the problems start when we will be placed on hold for a long time listening to music while our airtime is roaming.

When finally the consultants picks up the phone our airtime runs out whilst we haven't got any assistance, And consultant won't bother her/him self calling us back and assist us.

Dear standardbank please provides us with zero rates help-lines same as branches WiFi we are really suffering.
