When we buy prepaid electricity, does not give us the 20 digit 'voucher number'. Under 'voucher number' it duplicates the reference number, which is quite useless.
This is the second time this has happened to us. The first was on 2 March and the second tonight (17 March).
This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient as I really do not want to spend time and money phoning the bank tomorrow to try to sort it out.
