If the money went through and you still haven't received the money please wait for 24hrs because the funds might reverse back into your account.

I Have purchased Electricity through Internet Banking, but has still not received the voucher, I have been trying to contact for a pin – staying on the line for over an hour, without any luck . The monies went off my account and has not been debitted back.This is absurb. I need assistance urgently.
