I applied for a Revolving Credit Plan and was approved, I was then phoned by a consultant at 13:00 and went through everything I was then told that the funds will be paid in to my account today, I have not received the funds yet and tried to contact Standard Bank to find out what the status is, after spending all day on the phone getting put through to department after department no one can get me to the right person to give me an answer on what is happening..
