Renaming business accounts using internet banking NOT the app

Hello @JoeSoap,

Please be advised that currently it is not possible to rename your accounts using the online banking portal. You will need to use the mobile banking app for this purpose and;

• log on,
• Tap on the tier which shows your business account,
• Tap on "details" and under "account nickname", tap on the pencil icon to change the name.
