Good day, can you please check that electricity was bought on 16th October for R50 but you did withdraw twice the R50 on 16th October and I had received another notification 2 days ago but saying that you withdraw R50 on 16th October. My balance can state that R50 was taken twice while I only bought electricity once. Please I need that money back
