SB to SB Clearance taking very long

When you should be improving, you getting worse. From being unable to contact branches to now waiting for funds which should be immediate.

There is a 24hr period maximum clearance time for transfers between Standard Bank accounts and payments to other banks may take two to three business days to reflect on the beneficiary's statement. It is important to remember that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

I am once again disappointed by SB's absolute disregard for their clients. An EFT was made to my account an hour ago from a Standard Bank account and I was simply told it will take long because it is a weekend. Thanks SB
